site bio: in late 1999 i started on a personal website for myself called scott's sanctuary. i started out using homestead.com as my host and my site consisted of: games, animations, humor, stuff about me, and more. i got tired of homestead though and soon switched to angelfire where the site stayed until i was getting too many hits for angelfire's bandwidth and my site would go down the first week of every month until i found a new host. the site didn't last very long after that as i was always switching hosts and i soon shut it down. i revived it a few times after but nothing lasted. programs i use: editplus 2, paint shop pro 7, ms paint, filezilla, ultra flash video flv converter, swish 2, wavepad
